A Very Special Announcement from Kyle Metzger, Artistic Director of FRESH PRODUCE’d

To our fellow artists, friends and fans,

After a year of bringing you FRESH PRODUCE’d each month, I will be stepping down from my post as Artistic Director, and moving on from FPNYC. Although I am saddened to depart such wonderful company, I am grateful for all the opportunities it provided me, and especially for the talented individuals I met and collaborated with. While The Glass Eye will no longer be producing the evening each month, the show WILL GO ON! The lovely Laura Delhauer will be helming the ship, bringing you FRESH PRODUCE’d all through 2014! I’m so excited to see what FPNYC’s future holds, and I invite you all to help us send them off in style…

As FPNYC closes one chapter and opens another, we are celebrating art and life!

This time, our 3 playwrights have 24 HOURS to write an original short play based on themes we supply. THEN the actors are selected from the audience for a very brief rehearsal, and perform for all to see! We will have food and drinks, music and merriment!

Come and party with us! All attendees may put there name in a hat to be selected to perform in one of the plays that night. If you’ve ever participated in FPNYC, or always wanted to, this is your chance to share the stage with us!

Drama Bookshop,
January 16th, 7PM (not 8!)
